Today we had an emergency locksmith call out in Newcastle Upon Tyne.
The young lady arrived home after work and sadly finds she is locked out of her home in West Denton.
She found her door handle was broken and spinnning in circles but would not open the door.
It turned out it was a failed gearbox mechanism at fault. The Newcastle Locksmith unlocked the door to her house and replaced the faulty mechanism with a new one and added a new high security door lock.
